At Hikarica, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the conditions and process for returns and refunds for our Dresses, Pants, and Tops.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
  • All original tags and labels must be attached.
  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date you received it.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items like final sale products or items marked as "Non-Returnable". Please check the product description before purchasing.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during a final sale or promotional event, unless faulty.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items without their original tags and packaging.

The Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will guide you through the next steps and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if applicable.
  2. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with the RA number inside the package.
  3. Ship Your Return: Mail your return package to the address provided by our support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our warehouse. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • In the case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and refund all charges, including original shipping.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item on our website.
